Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO TEACHING AND COACHING DIFFER?

Both teaching and coaching are valid methods of instruction. The difference, over-simplified, is that teaching tells you how to do things whereas coaching helps you discover how to do things in the way that is best for you.

WHY ISN’T THERE ANY PRICING LISTED FOR SPEAKING AND TRAINING

Pricing isn’t listed for these areas as there are many variables that must go into it. How many people, who is supplying the venue, what topic is being discussed and what kind of follow up will be provided are examples.

WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT DO I NEED TO MAKE FOR COACHING?

For coaching, you set the goals and timing, but you will have to commit to “doing the work”. I provide my code of ethics to you prior to any agreements, we then work together to design the plan that fits your needs and still falls within the parameters of what I consider effective. I will only accept an engagement if I believe it will be beneficial to the client.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

The first step is to email me with your questions, goals and contact information. I will then contact you and we will discuss the next steps. I will respond within one business day of any inquiries. If I am unavailable for any extended time period, I will note that on the website homepage.
