There is no one that you can’t learn something from. Everyone has something to teach. Everyone has something to share.
It doesn’t mean that you have to accept everything someone says without evaluating it…..use you mind. But even if you disagree, you’ve still learned something because you thought about it.
The key is to listen. Really listen. Don’t listen so you can think of the best way to tell them they are wrong or that you know better….listen to understand them.
When you listen to understand you will really connect.
