The calendar has seasons marked on them very clearly. Here where I live, it is starting to get colder, it is autumn. The frost is on the grass in the morning and people are starting to wear light jackets and hoodies. There was even some ice on my deck yesterday. We expect these changes. Wherever you live, you have a general idea of how the weather is going to change in your area. It’s expected.

Life also has seasons. Some of these we expect, some we don’t. They don’t have definite beginnings and endings, just degrees of intensity. Maybe you’re in the season of raising children, or maybe you’re in the season of guiding them. Perhaps you are in the season of gathering finances to feed your family, or maybe you’re in the season of seeing how much you can give away.

Some seasons are so hard we don’t think we’ll make it through, some are so amazing that we hope they never end.

As sure as the seasons on the calendar change, the seasons of your life will also change.

Learn from the challenges and rejoice in the victories….every season….all the time.

You can do this.

“To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven:” Ecclesiastes 3:1
