Someone you encounter today will be wondering if anyone even knows they are around. Do they matter? Does anyone care?

The problem is, you won’t necessarily know who that is….in fact, it is doubtful you will. So….how do you reach them?

Here’s the trick…say “hi” to lots of people, even those you don’t know. Especially those you don’t know. It’s easy to say “hi”. Sometimes, like when you’re at the gas station, or in line somewhere, you’ll even have time to ask them how they’re doing, and really mean it.

Will it cost you anything to say “hi”? Not a thing.
