Why is an interesting question. It can be a powerful driver, or a heavy weight. It’s your choice.

When we ask “why” when looking backwards, we’re playing the role of the victim. Why did this happen? Why do bad things always happen to me?

We allow the things that happen to us to ruin our mood, to zap our energy, to take away our motivation. I’ve done this a time or two. When we think this way, we get nowhere.

The other use of “why?” is to learn. “Why does this happen? ” And coupled with “how?”, “how can I use this?” or “how can I keep this from happening”, it is unstoppable AND it improves your life.

So, are you going to be a why-ner, or are you going to get why-zer? It’s your choice.

You can do this.
