Integrity. It’s important. We all look for it in others. But what is it?
People have lots of different definitions. The one I like is this:
“Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.”- C.S. Lewis
Part of having integrity is knowing what you stand for so you can follow it. Have you taken the time to figure out what you really stand for? Take the time. It makes all the difference and makes decisions that much easier.
