Taking a deep breath from time to time is a good idea. It slows you down, re-centers you, it just feels good. The week between Christmas and New Years Day has always felt like a deep breath to me. I take this week to summarize my past year and plan my next. I’m always planning, but it feels different this week. It always feels like everything slows down a little bit, for just a few days. Take some time today, and this week, and just take a deep breath. Look around you and find the good in your life and in your world. It is there, sometimes it is harder to find, but it is always there. Focus on that good as you look to your future. You can do this.
