No matter how the government labels your job….YOU are essential, and so is your job. I have met thousands upon thousands of people. None of them are unimportant and someone depends on every job being done. Is it important to you?
You have value just because you are you. There’s no one else like you. I mentioned that previously.
Are you doing what is important to you? I don’t mean are you doing your “most favorite thing ever” as your job. I mean is what you’re doing important to you? It might be important to you because you make enough money to support your family. It might be important because it allows you to use skills you like to use. It might be important because it is just a ton of fun every day. Are you doing what is important to you? If not, figure out how to make it be so, or find something that is.
