What is a life coach?
A life coach discusses with you where you are and how that compares with where you want to be. A life coach will help you or your small group build your plan for moving forward.
It isn’t magic or becoming one with the universe. It is a process.
Sometimes it is easy, sometimes it is hard. Usually it is both. But it will work for everyone willing to be honest with themselves and work for their future.

DISC ASSESSMENT & TRAINING
The DISC personality profile was created almost a century ago and has been continuously refined since then. It is an excellent tool to identify personality tendencies, but keep in mind that it does not provide absolute answers. As a certified professional, I am qualified to administer, interpret and provide training on the interactions of the different personality types.
SPEAKING
There are times when an organization needs an outside expert to speak to their group. For organizations that require an external voice to address their group, I can deliver customized talks for both large and small groups.
GROUP TRAINING
Large Groups, small groups, all day, one hour, lunch time…..effective training can be done in all of these manners. What does your team or your staff or your volunteer group need to learn about?
